Guidelines for requesting TRANSCRIPT, ATTESTATION LETTER, ENGLISH PROFICIENCY LETTER and INTRODUCTORY LETTER.

PART 1: MAKING PAYMENT
Request Processing: GHc25.00 per copy
Email Submission to Institutions: GHc100.00
Postal Services: GHc450.00
 
Payment through Student Account
1.) Pay the money into your student account the same way you pay your school fees; and
2.) Take a screenshot of your student account balance once payment reflects to attach as proof of payment when filling the request form.

Payment through USSD Code
1.) Dial *725# on your mobile phone;
2.) Select “Merchant Payment”;
3.) Select “Pay Merchant”;
4.) Enter Till Number 32650147 and proceed with the payment; and
5.) Take screenshot of the transaction notification to attach as proof of payment when filling the request form.  

PART 2: FILLING THE REQUEST FORM
Those requesting for introductory letter for Immigration/Visa purposes are required to attach scanned copy of their admission letter as well as their passport information page.
1.) Select “Student Request Forms”; and
2.) Fill in your details, attach your proof of payment from Part 1 above and submit your request.

Please note that processing of requests take five (5) working days.
Please carry the original bank payment slip for your request when you come to collect your requested document.
